Logo Design Brief

We are a seafood distributing company and we need a logo that represents our Political Action Committee (PAC). The committee deals with political issues that directly impact our company. In a sense we protect our jobs, employees and fisheries through governemnt affairs. We want it to be a shield that is nautical themed (boats, fish, compass, waves, anchor, etc.) and also governemnt affairs related (Incorporating the American flag would be ideal). Below is our company website to give you an idea of other logos. Our colors are blue and white. I've attached a few photos that we liked.
