Brochure Design Brief

We need a 4 page brochure design for a not for profit organization - Inclen Trust - based out of India. Following documents have been attached:

Attachment 1 - Inclen Brochure Brief - this document carries the complete details related to the organization, the project and the design benchmarks.

Attachment 2 - Content for Inclen Brochure - Carries the content for the brochure broadly categorized under three headings i.e.
1. What is Inclen
2. Past milestones/achievements
3. And lastly the future road map for the organization
The content needs to come out in a way that it looks visually appealing. Use images and iconography to enhance the the brochure aesthetically and simplify the content presentation for better understanding.

Attachment 4 - Somaarth Map - Carries an image of the map which is specific to the section about Somaarth (an initiative undertaken by Inclen to help create healthier, more prosperous and sustainable communities). The map needs to be improved to match the overall color scheme, typography etc. of the brochure.

Attachment 5 - Inclen Brochure 2008-11 - This is the earlier brochure of Inclen. It is a good reference for what is NOT to be done. The content will be fairly limited in the new brochure and more visual.

If needed the content can be reduced so that it suitably fits within four pages. The cover can be used for placing some introductory content as well.
