i would be glad to work on your new logo desgn. I must say that I support you totaly about your red color preference, but i must say that it can be better in 2 color mode, red and one more. Other thing is, which is unfortunate , is that your current logo, specifically the "360" part of it, is intellectuall property of other company, Turkish Television company. (http://www.tv360.com.tr/).
Therefore, i suggest to take in consideration totally new design.

I like this project. I agree with FilipAjlina -- not only that, but there is a number of other logos (with circular 360) looking like yours, too. To avoid confusion and disappointment, I added a border and it means stability and loyalty. It may be suitable. Just one colour; your current color and a bit brighter. The same color code to print. The font is professional and serious.
