Logo Design Brief
I need a logo for a developing restaurant called "Sushi On The Fly" and it is going to be in the Anchorage (Alaska) Airport. We are kind of a special breed of restaurant because we will have a full bar, chinese food, and sushi. I would like a logo simple enough for us to be able to embroider onto chef uniforms, print onto t-shirts for our employees, and for our business cards. If it's not asking too much, in the design I would like to incorporate something that relates to Alaska (fishing, mountains, etc) and to the airport/flying (airplane wings, bush planes, etc). In short, I would like the logo design to have the sushi restaurant feel with both a taste of Alaska, and something to do with flying. If you think you can come up with a good design but may have to leave one of the things out of it, that is fine. I would like the logo to just be a design and have the name "Sushi On The Fly" either on top or bottom of the design.
Updates
Some other restaurants that are also in the airport (where my restaurant will be) are Humpy's and Silver Gulch Brewing & Bottling. Please take a look at their logos.
I would like either a nice sophisticated design like the ones that these restaurant have that I may be able to put on shirts and other merchandise or I would like something
fairly simple. I'm not too much of a creative person so that is my take on what I am looking for.

Project Deadline Extended
Reason: Hello everyone and thank you for all your submissions! At this point we have decided to extend the deadline because we have not really found "the one" but we definitely see designs with potential. Also another reason for the extension is because I am not the only one who has the power to make this decision, and have to get an answer from multiple people in order for me to have a final say.
