Logo Design Brief

We are in search of a logo for our new computer games development outfit. Our main focus at this point in time is horror games, so we are probably looking for something dark and sinister that still conveys a sense of professionalism and will not turn any potential business partners away. We want a design that will work as our logo on printed materials and online, and as an icon at smaller resolutions. The design must accomodate versions with or without the company name, and in color as well as b&w.
