My 3 Main Services Are:

1) Roof Cleaning we call "Clean Roof"

2) Tile and Grout Cleaning (I may have a logo designed called Clean Grout)

3) Gutterglove (gutter guard)

We also offer secondary services -

1) house washing
2) gutter cleaning
3) concrete cleaning
4) graffiti removal
5) power washing

90% of my business comes from my web traffic so this really means a lot to me.

Site requirements:
1) Must be intuitive (easy to follow) most of my customers are 50+
2) A clean layout and smooth in function
3) I want it to reflect who we are as a company and when people use the site to comment how nice/neat it was. I want people to say WOW this site rocks!
4) Needs a customer info capture section on each page ( I may use salesforce as my CRM)
5) I need to show our service coverage map (50 miles from 12590 zip code)
6) An affiliations / memberships (BBB, RCIA, Angie’s list) section on the pages
7) maybe live chat
8) maybe a section for a video(s)
9) Social media links (facebook, linked in, manta)
