Logo Design Brief

I require a logo that reads RFMOB or RF MOB. My company is quality and safety consultant to cell tower general contractors. I am charged with convincing tower steel workers to climb safely and complete the installation of lines, antennas and radios on cell towers to a new quality standard that is required for increased demands of systems that support 4G and LTE smart phones. My intent is to use the logo on hats, shirts and certain climbing accessories. The brand is meant to represent the tower climbing community, maybe a total of 10,000 certified climbers that have to climb 100 or 200' up a tower and hang suspended from lanyards while hoisting and installing RF components for 4, 6 or 8 hours at a time. At worst these are NOMAD adrenaline junky personallities that can be described as cowboys. The inference of the RF MOB is union mobster radio communications tower climbing cowboy technician. What ever that is? A sillouette of a climber torso in a harness with a cigar and the RF MOB letters somewhere?
