Illustration Design Brief

I would like an illustration designed to look like the attached example. I have attached four photographs of myself speaking and would like them to be silhouetted and treated as in the example graphic.

Your deliverables: four silhouetted photographs plus the final illustration, all as PSD files. The graphic needs to be 2400x800 (at @2x resolution), and 72dpi is fine.
