We need a logo for a new Computer Science conference series.
The conference is about how people use search engines and other search technology.
The series acronym is “CHIIR”, pronounced “cheer”. See http://chiir.org for more details on the conference.
The logo should include the acronym, look formal and professional, but also be fun and vibrant (perhaps riff on the “cheer” a bit). For example, perhaps the two "I"s could be arms with the dots as hands (as in typing on keyboard)? Or perhaps arms holding pompoms (as in cheerleaders)? (just some thoughts, not required)

Requirements
Must have
- It would be nice to riff on the fact that "CHIIR" is pronounced "cheer" -- so it should be fun.
- Please see the attached image for quick sketch that summarizes our current thinking on this.
- This the Conference on Human Information Interaction and Retrieval, so it's about how people interact with search engines. Including that (simply) in the logo would be useful.
Nice to have
- CHIIR Acronym
Should not have
- It shouldn't be overly childish or playful (i.e., it should be professional)
