Company Name: The Leonid Group

Mission: At the Leonid Group we are changing the culture of philanthropy.

What We Do: We help individuals, companies and organizations to adopt impactful practices in their philanthropic endeavors.

Background of Logo Design Contest:

We are changing the name of our company, rebranding and need a new logo. We are in our 5th year of business and have clients from around the world. In many ways, we spend a lot of time and energy helping to inspire our clients (in their charitable work) and act as a sort of 'muse'.

Who are our clients: Wealthy Individuals, Professional Athletes, Corporate Executives ..... Basically, philanthropists

The new name of our company is The Leonid Group. We chose this name (and the imagery it evokes) because: (1) The Leonids are a prolific meteor shower; the Leonids get their name becausee they radiate from the constellation Leo. So ... they provide celestial inspiration for us (as a company), and (2) We are Leos (our zodiac) and we also like the lion as an image.

In terms of the color spectrum / palette: the "Leo" colors of the sun: gold, red, orange, yellow.

The logo should not be too busy. Whimsical would be great. The overall style can be impressionist, classical or contemporary (but not minimalist). If the logo is large, we would like to be able to pull-out elements to use on collateral material. Above all, we want to convey: (1) sophisitication (2) inspiration (3) leadership
