Television Program Logo
The show is called 'Casting Christine’
The supporting tagline for Casting Christine is ‘The Phantom re-imagined’
The show is a performance competition program built around finding the right actress/vocalist to play the main female role in a new film based loosley on the 1911 horror novel The Phantom of the Opera by Gaston Leroux.
NOTE: This project is based on the original horror novel and is not associated with Andrew Lloyd Webber musical adaptation. There shouldn’t be any elements from the musical in the logo.
The logo will be used as a prominent element in the TV program as well as for promotion (both on-line and print) of the TV program
The Casting Christine logo should lead viewers to think:
1. that this is a show about searching for the missing star of an exciting movie!
2. that this could be some lucky actresses' opportunity to become a star
3. that Casting Christine is an energetic performance competition TV show
4. that the show is casting for a role in the gothic horror genre.
The logo should have a 3D look to it
The logo should be chunky and significant in design
Their should be transparencey (or alpha channel) elements to it to allow it to be super imposed on top of video.
