Sorry for my last question. Do you want the site setup like the demo site? Since this is a already made theme I don't understand why you again need a PSD. do you want the theme to be edited by someone based on our PSD designs?

Yes, the new site we are wanting to migrate to;  www.3dbnetworks.com/newsite, is currently a WordPress template from Whoathemes.net, the Coruscate template to be exact.   We can provide the content and wording ultimately, but the graphical design is not our specialty, and getting some aspects of the website to look right are not what we do personally on a daily basis.  Thanks for your help!
