Graphic Design Brief

We need a site map drawn of a 4 star caravan and tourist park. This will be used for fire evacuation procedures in the park but mainly used as a guide for guests when they check in, to show where to park etc.
We dont want it too formal but it needs to show all facilities etc
We want it modern and user friendly something easy on the eye and somwething that will tie in with our product which is of a high standard.
We have arial photos available also on google earth and a website to get an idea of what we have.
