Logo Design Brief

My company is 7 years old but has never really had any real branding or a recognisable logo. I want my company 'Beluga' to be recognised as London's caterer somehow incorporating London's skyline into the logo but also ensuring it still shows it is a caterer. Red white black and blue colours would be preferable. I recently bought the domain beluga.london so would be great to advertise this within a logo.
