Logo Design Brief
To design a logo for OfficeRent.sg web portal which will be able to meet trademark requirements. I already have an existing logo which you can view on the website that is currently undergoing development. I like this logo a lot, however this existing logo is likely to face objections from the trademark registry as it comprises prominent non-distinctive components (particularly the words “Office Rent”).
The new logo has to be more distinctive and creatively designed as compare to the old one.
I would need a favicon for the website as well (either taken from the logo or similar to the logo).
Please propose and let me know if with or without the tagline "Singapore Office Rental" is better. And why do you think with or without the tagline is better?

Please note the requirements to trademark the logo. I have been receiving submissions of logo designs which are very similar to my current logo. Please do not send me similar designs. What I need is a creatively designed logo and distinctive enough to be able to trademark. Thank you.
