Illustration Design Brief

I need an illustration of an animal combination, a Tiger-Hawk. The animal needs to have a head of a roaring tiger and the body of a hawk with talons ready to grab and an wings spread. I see the Tiger-Hawk in my head with an air-brushed style. My friends and I are big Iowa Hawkeyes fans and I've been wanting to get this design out of my head and on a tshirt/poster for my friends as a gag gift for a while; it's just I have no illustration skills whatsoever. You'll find in the attached files a Photoshop rendering of what inspired me to do this.

• Air-brushed quality. It needs to look mystical and fierce, as it it was from a dream. The second file I attached has an example of the softness and mysticism. The third file is another example of my air-brushed quality,

• I don't want it to have the same look as the photoshop example.
