Logo Design Brief

I need a logo designed for my eco-luxe dessert company Peace Tree Desserts in Fairfield County, CT. My target market is well-educated, eco-conscious, wealthy, foodies. I want the logo to communicate that Peace Tree Desserts is a sustainable, eco-luxe dessert company, accessible, fun and bohemian, earthy, organic, creative, artisan, not a huge corporate company. I currently have a logo and am simply looking for someone to simplify it and make it look more like a logo than a painting. I would like to retain much of the original elements including the tree, the colors, and if possible, my background or something very similar. I have also uploaded a logo that another designer made for me. It is too cold, too slick, too rigid, but I like the shape of the leaves. If someone could take the leaves from that logo and rearrange them so that their positioning on the tree is similar to the way I placed them on my original logo, and make the leaves multi-colored as in my original logo, I would be happy!

• My original tree, or something very similar.
  My original color scheme, or something very similar. Warm, earthy, vivid, rich, and bohemian.
  

Nice to have

• Stamped effect font for Peace Tree, and something more clean, simple, and high-end for Desserts. I want to represent the bohemian, creative, artisan style of company's founder (me) in the "Peace Tree" font, and the high-end seriously delicious style of my desserts in the "Desserts" font.
