As far as your question is concerned, I can re-code it for both wordpress or a static html5 in 1 to 2 days, but the remaining features that are supposed to be done with the help of plugins may take a few days to be integrated. I'm not only capable of using wordpress as a CMS but can also write php scripts of my own and add it to any static website to perform the function you want on your website but for all this I need to know if there is any plugin already available to do this and you have a plan to get that plugin for me?
