Logo Design Brief

I would like a logo designed for my organisation's annual international food fair. The fair is called Taste the World International Food Fair and features food from a variety of countries. The participating countries vary from year to year but we usually have the following countries represented: Saint Lucia, Italy, Taiwan, Jamaica, Trinidad & Tobago, India, The Philippines, France, England, Nigeria, Japan, Barbados, Cuba, and Mexico.
