We need a flyer design to encourage new and past clients to obtain their health and fitness goals through weight training. Pure Heart Fitness is a personal training studio based in leafy Forestdale offering one on one training. Sessions take 30 to 40 minutes. We customize programs based on the individuals skeletal structure and injuries. We specialize in rehabilitation and muscle strengthening. Web site is www.pureheartfitness.com.au

• A new years resolution of getting fit, healthy and strong or to loose weight.
• Rehabilitation could be a factor.
• My service offers one-on-one personal training or couples training in a 30-40 minute session at $65.
• Helvetica Font Family
• DL size one sided flyer so 3 can fit on an A4 page
• I need to think about the client WIIFM what's in it for me (the client) and I need a call to action therefore I am offering a months worth of training at $40per session if they join in January 2015. Limited places available and conditions apply. Call today to reserve your spot and free consultation before they run out. Thinking that showing the normal session cost of $65 then crossing it out with a $40 over it.
