yes that is as far as i know. is this Legal Sized?

We need the Design to be legal sized.

8,5 x 13 / 8,5 x 14 - BOTH is legal size. 13 is better, but both is too tall. I recommend to you letter size 8,5 x 11

We need to stick with a horizontal design.
