Also please guarantee the project if you want the best designers to work on it

Thanks for looking at my project Smart. I have updated my brief to confirm that the competition is for the two homepages only. I will negotiate the remaining pages with the winner if I am happy. While it is low budget, it does include the coding. As for the guarantee, I will leave it as is at the moment. If I do not get sufficient interest, I may relist it guaranteed (or go to a local web designer). Thanks again for your interest and message.
