Postcard Design Brief

Would like to design a large postcard format of our furniture market invitation to be sent to our retail accounts. Our corporate colors can be found in the Marshfield logos attached. I would like a contemporary, clean design. I have attached a .pdf of a layout for text copy/concept purposes only. However, I would like you to come up with the overall design.

Front side of post card = four colors
Back side of post card = black/white
