Logo Design Brief

I would like my last Name MARTIN to eventually have the same effect as Trump (as in Donald Trump).

I am a certified Real Estate agent and investor. I represent Buyers, sellers, and Investors. I own Apartment buildings, homes, and condominiums.

I will put Logo on buildings, stationary, business cards, car magnets, and promotional gifts.

Logo should be legible when large or small. No more than two colors and it should look ok even without colors.

Target Market(s)

- Adults that want to SELL their home with home values from $300,000 (USD) up to $1,000,000(USD).

- Adults who want to BUY homes $300,000-$1m. Domestic and International Buyers.

- Adults that want to invest in Real Estate (including European, Middle Eastern, South American adults that want to invest in the U.S.A. Real Estate market but need a trusted and competent Real Estate advisor/agent

- Other Business and Property Owners that need assistance in Managing and renting thier properties

- I have been using the Tag line (Buy Sell Invest) ... This may or may not be included in the Logo text
