I appreciate every startup haves budget contains, but the budget is brutally low, it is just not possible to custom design a logo, a website and even code it.
Whoever told you that never had any custom work done.

I would be very way of anyone prentendong to do custom work for this value.

I encourage you to search about the subject.

If on the other hand you are willing to reevaluate your budget, let me know and I an sure we'll find a way to complete the projects requirements within a controlled budget.

Thanks for the invite. Logo design is a separate field altogether & it would be better if you raise a separate project for same & get a quality logo.
pls confirm this is for homepage PSD design only for this low budget; no CSS,XHTML or full website build with wordpress or coding involved as this is design competition
Also please guarantee the project if you want the best designers to work on it

For those who are interested: I have listed the logo project separately now; and Either Wordpress or html format is fine I am not wanting a whole web design, just a home page and product page template - I have someone on my staff who will then integrate that into the website

does it mean a psd design would it be ok for you or it has to be the 2 pg already on wordpress? thanks
