Logo Design Brief
WE HAVE NOW SHORTLISTED 4 DESIGNS AND I WILL BE SENDING FEEDBACK TO EVERYONE OVER THE NEXT COUPLE OF HOURS. UNFORTUNATELY WE HAD A MAJOR POWER CUT HERE TODAY SO THE COMPUTER WAS DOWN SO FEEDBACK HAS BEEN IMPOSSIBLE BEFORE

We need a logo for my son's project:
"Barney's Little Black Sheep Co."
I started buying my son Barney (now 13) registered pedigree Hebridean sheep about 4 years ago instead of lego and he now has a flock of 82 including a ram called "Aristotle". We are breeding the sheep to sell as pedigree registered breeding stock, meat, and also producing beautiful black sheep skin rugs, wool, items made from their horns and also plan to work with a fashion designer to produce quality shoot clothing - waistcoats, breeks, caps,etc.
It is a quality product and quite like colours grey/black/white but obviously will be guided by the designer quite like black with a very vivid purple - this is the type of material we would like to make a tweed - black/grey with a purple line running through it.
Have attached a copy of the Black Sheep Brewery logo showing a quite simple hebridean sheep - want quite a modern simple design.

Updates
We have had an amazing response and have now shortlisted 4 designs for Barney to choose at the weekend when he is back from school.
The ultimate decision will be his.
There have been some really great designs and I thank you for all the work you have done.
I have just started to work through the feedback list as we had a major powercut today and the computer was down! so apologies for lack of feedback.
I'm new to this site and need to find out how to stop any more designs coming through!!

Project Deadline Extended
Reason: As previously advised we have shortlisted a number of designs and will have a really good look at these over the weekend and get feedback from friends etc.
Barney will then make the final decision early next week, Monday or Tuesday as we really need to get the logo finalized so we can move on to the next stage.

Good morning
Just to let you know I have extended the deadline, only so Barney can have a good look at the designs over the weekend, get feedback from friends and then make a decision early next week. I need to finalize this asap as I need to get onto to business cards etc.

Project Deadline Extended
Reason: Sorry everyone, unfortunately I need to extend the deadline.
Unfortunately when you are dealing with animals they have to take priority and over the past few days have had a very sick ewe, so everything was delayed.
The decision will be made over the weekend.
