Logo Design Brief

I need a logo design for my new business "Hazelnut Lane Vegan Foods" based on the Gold Coast, Australia.
I am going to be making & selling organic vegan treats, slices, cakes, with an emphasis on raw food. My business is based solely on wholefood ingredients so that people can enjoy amazingly delicious food that is super good for them.
My future goal is to supply to cafes & do private orders for individual needs.
My motivation for my business comes from a passion to provide environmentally sustainable, cruelty free, delicious food.

Hazelnut Lane can be the main focus with Vegan Foods smaller underneath.

I like simple but modern design/Vintage rustic cafe style. I am very open to ideas at this point.
