The prize suffices for psd design only & does not suffice for website build including your members area login & ecommerce functionality - You can check out with designcrowd for the same
If you agree to this then only we designers can work on this project.

Yes you are right - you can get a basic webpage / site for this prize.This is design competition. I want to avoid any confusion for future
