As per your brief you are asking almost a full website in word press, and the amount for that is very very small. As a designer cum coder I know that in wordpress normal theme design we must have to do the following things:

1. Design in photoshop
2.Convert the home page into HTML
3. Design a common inner pgae.
4. convert the innnerpage into HTML
5. Embed whole html pages into wordpress them.


and specailly
for your  project I will have to write some codes.


So it is very much clear that the job is time taking, and for that $140 is very very low.

I hope you can understand the level of hardwork and time devoted for your job.

So please increase your payment, atleast $440-$560, and make the payment guranteed.

Thank you for the message.  This is just a hobby of mine, not a job, so unfortunately I don''t have much spare money to throw at it.  I was just after something more unique than what Wordpress offers.  If no suitable designs are found I will just stick with a standard Wordpress layout but I wanted to see if people were interested and had the time.
