Logo Design Brief

An app for professional use.

Need a pretty simple logo for use in productivity webapp AND mobileapp (phone+tablet). Should be based on an appropriate symbol and text. Symbol such as a document with a typical check (v shape) symbol inside. Text: "Checkly" obviously. Must be vector "SVG" format. Simple and modern looking. Symbol must work on its own (for app launch button).

Keywords: documents, cloud, smart, mobile, social, sharing, desktop, business / industrial, innovation, work smarter, profitability

Colors: single color black or white, must work well in a pretty small size 140px X 22px (match this format!)

Because of themeing options in the app it must be black and white only. No shades.

Must have brand symbol/icon in front.
