Thanks for invite. Can wording from flyer be used for card?

Thanks Pat

Yes, but the text provided in the project description/ brief might be more useable since it was written specifically for a b-card/ postcard format rather than a lengthier flyer.

Thanks for the invite. What is the size (folded size) that your preferred ?
Because you mention both business card and postcard in the brief.

Thanks,
chuan

I mean you mention postcard in your comment.

Hi Chuan,

Thanks for clarifying.  It should be standard business card size, folded.  It can be even or offset folded.  I have a slight preference for folded on the long side, but would not rule out those folded on the short side if the design works.

Best,
Dao

  • 3.5 x 4, even folded to 3.5 x 2
  • 3.5 x 3.75, offset folded to 3.5 x 2
  • 7 x 2, vertical folded to 2 x 3.5

Hi All,

After seeing the first few designs, folded on the short side works quite well so feel free to explore any configuration (i.e. vertical, horizontal, folded on short edge, folded on long edge, offset or even) in your designs.

Thank you!

Do you require stock images to be used? Do you require the
ones you supplied to be used?

Thanks Pat

Hi Pat,

It is not required that you use stock images or that you use the ones supplied.  However, I do find that I generally prefer images over illustrations.  You may use other stock images as long as the same key points are addressed and that they are royalty-free/ can be purchased for <$20 per image.

Thanks!
Dao
