Logo Design Brief

We need a great logo for "Scoops Italian Ice"! We are rebranding our Italian Ice that is distributed primarily through vendor carts (see upload). We need our logo to be fun, colorful and easily recognizable from a distance.
Logo will be used for signs on all sides of the carts, street signage, custom umbrellas, t-shirts, website and other print media.

Requirements

Nice to have

• "Scoops" should be the primary text with "Italian Ice" as the subtext.
  A round or oval shaped logo is preffered.
  One of the ways we serve our ice is in a plastic mini sand bucket, which could be part of the design (example uploaded).
  Another idea would be to include a penguin in the logo as a mascot (example uploaded).
  Our ice is very colorful and needs to be represented in the logo (example uploaded).
