T-shirt Design Brief

I am wanting to get some t-shirts printed for our campaign in order to sell and raise funds and awareness. However, whilst I have an idea in mind for the design I am looking for someone who can make up the design in a vector file so I can get shirts screen printed here in Cayman.

The design i really like is attached although open to suggestions. I would almost like to keep the same design but just change out a few things.

1) Make the fir trees - Palm Trees
2) Make the mountains - The ocean
3) change the Bend Name - CARE
4) change the word project - Program
5) change the BSNP - CARE

I actually really like these colors but realize that for our own costs in screen printing it would be better to keep it all one color. I was thinking of doing the print on a soft gray colored T shirt.

I do not have any artwork or clip art other than this screen print
