What will final size be and what file format will be required?

Hi pat, sorry for delayed reply, trying to come up with the answer. Length not important as it will vary based on monthly content, width does matter, narrow is better for email format.
File type - would be best if I could populate the file with content. I do not have any special software, I currently use online software provided by Constant Contact to design and send out the emails. Any chance you are familiar with it? I am open to input on what type of file I could use with ease... Sorry for lack of detail

Ok the pdf file you supplies is this somthing that you have used? Your width is 8.5 and you
did this in word. What needs to be in this template?

That is correct. Yes that is one I have used before. i can upload word version if that helps. Pdf is 8.5 but my mailer was more narrow before I saved to pdf. Maybe closer to 5...
I would like a header, our product lines, space for 1 main article or product announcement (a pic or two and a small paragraph of text) as well as some space for additional products and announcements (currently in right column) and a space for links to videos, website and email.
I have individual logos for all of our Different product lines, can upload them as well.
Also- mailer has always been called Power Link, not crucial to include but if it works go for it.

Ok can 1 do a template that is 5 inches wide and Lenght?. Would this not just be a header and footer design and you fill in the middle? IF so they can be inserted into word. what format are the logos, jpeg?

Length not important, if it can be done in word standard letter page length is ok. Image format is jpeg. Simple header/footer may work, I had imagined different sections such as Featured Article, Related Topics, Links, etc. but maybe cleaner is better, I am not satisfied with what I created so I need your input here. thanks Andrew
