CD Cover Design Brief

To make it easier, here is what I have in mind, a design of innovative look or imaginative thought, actually here is the cover that I would like similar, what I sent to uploaded files, exactly if you could come up to it as close as that, that picture, exactly that look, that cover, as close as you can come to it as of not being plagiarism, my music fit's perfect with that background, it's intriguing, it's colorful, it's in depth, red and white and a vivid mix of red and purple, that is exactly the cover I want, but as close and descriptive and detailed as that look and have the - Title theme in the Top left corner - "The Full Effect", bottom right corner - By artist - Pioneer Technic. I would like to keep it original and classical. My music ranges of all sorts and is experimental and dosen't fit in any descriptive point of genres, since it is all mixed up, for each tune, it is - Soundtrack, based, the theme were to be kept as / Movie music & Game music, it is combined in that field of sound, I would like to see that of which type of crowds will have been drawn to the cover, that will have drawn their interest and sold the sound. Yes simply fixture as by themes - Action, spy, Sci - Fi. You can come up with you're own designs entirely, I am open to many ideas and possibilities, if it works, I am up for you the sculpture to have made you're own finest works. If anyone can give me the most of an out of the box thinking for a cover, that would be totally recommended and most appreciative & Awesome . But the 1st design that I had in mind was exactly it, thee uploaded image that if anyone could come as close to that, that would be it.
