Logo Design Brief

I would like an Ace of spades.

the tip will be a montain.

The two circle bottom parts will be representing two globes, with if possible the actual word map, adapted to your styles, art, colors...

The bottom triangle should litteraly be 'a piece of crap' smoking and creating chaos, darkness to the bottom part of the globes, but not reaching the mountain. And to finish a snow tip that is completely free of the darkness.
