Flyer Design Brief

We need a Folded, 4-sided A5 flyer/brochure that is to be distributed at events. The existing one is added in here, but I would like to see ideas to make it more attractive and eye catching.
The colours of our logo are :
RED:        #CD343F or RGB (205,52,63)
BLUE:      #0098AD or RGB (0,157,173)
YELLOW: #F0C35A or RGB (240,195,90)
The Design needs to take those into account.
The current in-house designed one, attached with this, is functional but not necessarily attention grabbing.
This needs to go into an event at the end of next week, hence the short deadline of the project.
To that respect, it is not a total design but it is more of a re-laying out to make this much more attention grabbing.
