Flyer Design Brief

We need a flyer design for a motel that has been closed for 3 years and has just reopened under new management. It has been renamed 'Gariwerd Motel' and is located in the Grampians in Vic. We would like our design to showcase the beauty and magnificence of the Grampians National Park (Gariwerd being the Aboriginal name for the Park). The motel is an older style building, so we don't want photos of the building to be the focus of the flyer until we have had time to renovate etc.

Requirements

Must have

• Flyer must be DL size (front and back only) with logo at the top so that it is visible when displayed in a tiered display rack. I am not sure if the logo I have provided is adequate resolution wise. Can you let me know if it is not? The 'points' under the name are not part of the logo and should be removed.
  Suggested wording for front of flyer - Surrounded by rugged mountain ranges and native plants and animals, Gariwerd Motel is the perfect base to explore the natural beauty of the Grampians.
  Back of flyer - features: affordable accommodation, 25 spacious ground floor rooms,
  single/twin/triple/quadruple rooms; queen beds; ensuite bathrooms/some rooms with baths; toaster/ tea and coffee making facilities; iron/ironing board in rooms; digital TV; free WiFi; microwaves for guest use; free BBQ facilities; breakfast available; conference facility for up to 25 persons

  The following text only should be for the front of the brochure - Surrounded by rugged mountain ranges and native plants and animals, Gariwerd Motel is the perfect base to explore the natural beauty of the Grampians.
  
  Logically then, listings from the original brief such as 'Surrounded by mountains' would not be relevant for the back.
  
  The dot points listed above in the first brief, should then be the focus for the information and detail on the back of the brochure.

Nice to have

• I would like the flyer to have a flowing feel, print over top of scenery images, different fonts. Perhaps back of flyer could be printed over a washed image of Grampians
