Logo Design Brief

I need a logo that represents the actual meaning of debonair (courteous, gracious, and having a sophisticated charm). What I really want is the second option in the uploaded file I provided, but a lot better. The idea is to have fancy curvy letters with a top hat that hangs off of the "D" in "Debonair" at an angle as if the "D" is wearing the hat. I have the image in mind exactly how I want it, but the problem is choosing the right color scheme and having a logo that correlates with my website seeing that my business will be online based starting out. My website is www.debonairbaby.com if you need a clearer picture of the color scheme and type of logo I'm looking for. The important factor is the D wearing the hat with elegant letters. Please don't mind the website, it's still a work in progress and not live yet. If it's not to much trouble I'm also looking for these same options to utilize for a letterhead and business cards.
