Billboard Design Brief

I am looking for a new billboard design for our RV park. The dimensions are 10' tall x 40' long. It will be illuminated at night and printed on vinyl.
To give you an idea of our park, you can look at our website at http://www.ftstocktonrvpark.com/

The things I want on the sign are:
-Exit Now (In large letters)
-Mention of the roadrunner cafe
-"Wifi and Cable"
-"Large Pull though sites"
-Good Sam logo (I have two options attached)

I have also attached what our other billboard looks like. The new one does not need to look anything like it, but I thought I'd show an example. The new billboard is bigger, so it has room for more info on it.

I don't have any specific ideas on the design, but I would like it to be eye catching.
