Logo Design Brief

We need a logo design for a new company based in Melbourne, Australia called Brainsnacks. Brainsnacks provides organic and delicious snacks to the corporate market to help their employees to be healthy and focused. I would like to see either a monochrome design or one using a dark green to denote organic and clean. I have attached an example logo to provide an idea of what I like but I am also open to something a little different as long as it communicates a clean, natural and earthy design
