Landing Page Design Brief

Hi - See attached for a landing page mock up. I am looking to spruce this design up.
The general layout and elements must stay but it needs better typography and visual dimension to make it look less sterile.
The header and footer cannot be changed.
We can go down to 2 testimonials to lessen the text
The colors need to work with the header but we are not tied to the current colors.
The Returning client login "button" can be converted to a username and password entry box.
Most of the elements need to remain "above the fold" so add a hero image to the top will not work.

I am hoping to have this turned quickly as my deadline is approaching.
