Logo Design Brief
Hello!
We need a logo designed for a new Arizona based company called Scottsdale Private Lending, LLC. We make private loans (not institutional, not Fannie Mae, or Freddie Mac) on investment real estate (not owner occupied residential). Examples would be Office, Retail, Industrial, multifamily, land development. We would like to see designs with blue, gray, and black colors. We would also entertain something that accentuates the acronym "SPL". We want to include a tag line "Funding for Real Estate Investment" The logo should be professional and more "serious" than "fun". We would like the files in .eps, .ai, .jpeg and .pdf file formats when complete. Thank you!
