It will be mailed but I wanted to be able to print some and have available in the store, but the primary focus is mail. I would put coupons on the front

There seems to be a lot of words in this brief. Could you possibly arrange them
separated from front to back (the back being the postage side) and in their order
of importance and display area. And include any photos and which side they
should be on for clarity . Otherwise it will be a guessing game to please you.
It would save everyone time and effort.
Also do you have any establish corporate colors that need to use here?
If so, please show them as screen shots or actual Pantone Color numbers.

On the back were you ask for placeholders for business cards sized ads, will this stay blank
and be added later?

Well I would like the place holders so that I can add the ads later but it depends on the format that I am given the postcard because I do not have photoshop or know how to use it anyway.

Any chance of extending deadline a couple of days.
