Hi, you mentioned in your brief that "the wordpress design will need to work well with responsive Avada theme". Do you mean that you already bought the Avada theme and you just want the Avada theme to be customized?

Just looking for a design that will be provided in a layered PSD.  We will take it from there. 

Hoping the design will fit nicely with the Avada theme framework... but not critical.

Is it "I've Never Shown a House" or "I've never sold a house" which is the right slogan? In your design brief says I've Never Shown a House but in intro text I've Never Sold a House.
