Logo Design Brief

I need a logo designed for True Life Pictures.

True Life Pictures is an organisation dedicated to producing short films, trailers, mini documentaries and still images that tell a story using creative narrative and emotive visuals and audio to represent those in society with little or no voice.

My goal is to work with non profits to produce moving imagery to allow them to create greater awareness for their cause and also help them raise money. The logo would need to attract philanthropists interested in hiring a creeative film maker to create visuals for their charitable concerns, non profits looking for something less corparte and different to promote what they do, and also to the general public who will see my work and logo through video on the web and through social media.

I want the logo to represent that I'm creative, artistic and have a wonderful eye/design aesthetic. It should have a contemporary feel and not look corporate. A more organic feel might work but I'm not stuck on that if you have a great concept for me.

I love the P22 Stanyan font and have been using my name 'True Life Pictures' with that font in black on a colored background and I like that concept but would like to add or strengthen the look to make it look more like an official brand/logo. I'm open to creative ideas. It'd be great if the logo was something that could be animated on film or the web as a way to grab the viewers attention and promote my organisation/studio.

Hi, i've been thinking about this design all day and wanted to se a couple of things in addition to my earlier feedback.:

I'd like the True Life to be P22 Stanyan and I'd like to see more white space instead of black shading in the True Life part....P22 Stanyan should allow for that. I'm not sure if you'd added more shading?

I'd like to find a way to have the word 'Life' stand out...that's the most important word as I will be documenting 'ilfe' in all my films/photos.

I'd still like to see some sort of graphical flourish to add something to the wording...maybe it's a way of connecting he words True and Life together somehow?

Just an idea.

Hard to see even when enlarged...did you use the P22 Stanyan font?

Top three right now for me. I like it. Wondering if there's a graphic flourish that could be added to it somehow. Something to add an Arthouse feel to it?

I do like the mix of the two fonts in terms of contrast in style and how you balanced the letter and spacing.

Also wondering how lower case letters might look?

How could color improve it?

I tend to prefer warmer palettes...a lot of submissions focusing on green and blue (which i get re: life) but i tend to be focused more on human issues versus environmental issues in my films. light blue works well as a cool accent with warmer palette though.
