Print Design Brief

I'm creating tank tops with tiled designs that resemble southern California skate/ surf style. The website is called Hawaiian Print Tank Tops, so I have designs with classic Hawaiian floral but I want more outrageous designs. The attached file is a shirt that I bought and wear that I constantly get comments on. It's quirky and weird but with a California style. I absolutely love it and want designs like this that will make people want to say, "Hey I like your shirt".
