Logo Design Brief

We need a logo design for our new Management/Finance Consulting Company-named NSide Consulting. We would like our name to be our logo, with a creative edge to it.
Here are ideas we like:
1.NS to be capitalize and larger than the other letters.
2.We want the NS to over-lap. (See example in attachment)
3.We want the NS to be in a different color than the rest of the letters. We know we want the other letters in a gray tone. For the NS, we were thinking of burnt orange, teal or slate blue. Feel free to be creative with outline, shadows, etc.

Requirements

Must have

• NS being larger than the rest of the letters/words in our business name. The size of the letters need to be such that the logo fits on a Business Card and still have plenty of room for the other info needed on the card.
  Would also like the the NS to be over-lap and then start the rest of the letters in the name to start after the S for NSide Consulting. We want the NS to be of different color than the rest. We want the ide Consulting in a gray tone. We are open to autumn colors, and teal/slate family for the NS.

Nice to have

• I would like to have a Font that stands out while still projecting a professional image. Maybe even using some shadowing or outline with the NS letters.
  It might be nice to also see the wording in an interesting geometric shape- like we are inside someones business.
  ADDED:I think it might be nice to see some designs were the N is slightly higher than the S and slightly over-lapping.

Should not have

• Only want gray tones and one other color.
