eBook Cover Design Brief
I need a eBook cover for the second book in a four part series. The cover for the first book was obtained through Design Crowd and is attached for reference.
Please note that the design for the second book should compliment the first.
This is a 3 part series with the fourth part being a compilation of the first three into one package.
The book will be self published on Amazon as a paranormal romance.
The story:
Scarred for life after surviving a bitter betrayal, Roland finds a kindred spirit when he finds Natasha beaten and left for dead. But will their relationship be strong enough to survive when the pack comes under attack?
Updates
Please note that the brief has been changed to include the name of the font.
Please use FOOTLIGHT for the font. Thank you.

Requirements
Must have
- Must Have:
- The cover must include the story title on one line and the series title on a second line. Story title and series title should be in the same font style with the series title a smaller font size.
Story Title: Untamed
Series Title: A Wolf Lake Novella
Must include author's name: Jennifer Kohout
Fonts must be FOOTLIGHT.
This is the second book of a trilogy. I was very happy with the first cover which has been attached for referrence.
The second cover should compliment the first but be different enough to stand on its own.
Also, the design should take into consideration how it will appear as a thumbnail as well as a larger image on a eBook reader.
The overall feel of the cover should be dark and sensual.
A layered Photoshop file with these specs:
Resolution: 300dpi
Height: 2500 px
Width: 1560 px
Color Space: RGB
Please separate all major elements in layers, especially any copy. Also include any fonts used.
Nice to have
- This is a paranormal romance about werewolves. There are some elements (wolves, full moon, etc) that are obvious but not required.
I had a very specific idea for my first cover but ended up with a design that was very different than what I had pictured. Given that success, I am more willing to leave it open to the talented and creative minds that do this for a living.
As noted above, really my only requirement is that it compliment and/or work with the first cover as I do want them to look and feel like part of a set/series.
