Logo Design Brief

New logo have to be like to the Italian existing one (see attached file) but with the insertion of a graphic element that identify that the new company is based in a different country (i.e. USA).
We want that people identify the new company logo as a branch of the existing Italian one and understand that it is a one sole organisation. In next we could establish other branches in different countries and the logo will be the same just changing the country graphic (flag or country identifying graphics).

Words written now in the existing Italian logo are:

In the new USA logo must be:
RAVIZZA PACKAGING USA CORP. (to be distributed as for your proposal; word "Corp." could be not important in the logo)
